matcha icing
For holiday cookies and cakes
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1t Gotcha Matcha
- 1T milk
Prepare matcha tea as a paste with 2T hot water, blend well till the tea is smooth with no clumps. In a separate bowl, add milk to the sugar, a few drops at a time. Blend well until all the sugar is melted into the milk. Add the tea paste, stirring well the whole time. Adjust the viscosity by adding more sugar or more milk as needed.
Use the back of a spoon to ice cookies, or a squeeze bottle for cakes and fine lines. Have fun.
