Ceremonial 4A Grade Matcha
Ceremonial grade 4A Matcha can be incorporated in donuts, muffins, ice cream and chocolate recipes. It is considered to be an intermediate grade Matcha due to its color, taste and consistency. It has a very healthful and rich creamy taste that allows endless possibilities and will create savory, particularly appealing desserts.
The powder blends easily into hot or cold water and can be incorporated in frosting recipes if you prefer to add a healthy boost to traditional donuts or muffins.
As with all our Ceremonial grades, it can also be consumed as traditional tea and it is best prepared with a bamboo whisk.
