Culinary C Grade Matcha Green Tea
Our intermediate Culinary Grade Matcha Green Tea is best used as an ingredient in donuts, muffins, ice creams and chocolates. It has a bolder flavor and color and you may notice it is very blendable and less bitter than Culinary A & B grades.
The powder is fine for easy whisking with very little lumping and has a very slight grassy taste. It is a healthy boost to add to your dessert recipes and it goes perfectly with cinnamon and honey which will conceal the slight bitterness. It mixes easily and it’s perfect for baking applications, keeping its vibrant color (ideal as frosting).
